Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

I love love love using this dressing on my salads! It is tangy and a little sweet and just delicious.

Honey Mustard Vinaigrette


2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients together.

You can make this dressing ahead of time. I mix the dressing in a sealable container and leave any leftover dressing in the fridge for up to a week. Just make sure to take the dressing out of the fridge and bring to room temperature before you want to use because the olive oil in it can harden when cold.
